Chennai One SEZ – Phase 1 Built as a seismic zone 3 compliant structure, meeting International Fire Safety Standards, Chennai One has a total built-up area (BUA) of 1.38 million square feet. With improved seating and space efficiency and reduced energy consumption, Chennai One stands as a classic example for our Space efficient, Plug and Play architectural design ensuring reduced set up operations for both IT and Human Capital.

Chennai One SEZ Chennai One SEZ features state-of-the-art Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) for efficient infrastructure management with the highest security standards. Secure 1 Secure 1 - IG3's Business Continuity Centre will contain a Tier 3 Certified Data Disaster Recovery Centre that uses the industry's most advanced power, cooling, security and connectivity technologies. It will have a dedicated power plant (DPP) of 60 MW with total backup of 120 MW to ensure 100% redundancy.

Heritage Madurai The century old Madurai Coats Club in the heart of the city of Madurai was renovated and converted into a 5 star resort. The project was executed by the IG3 team of engineers adhering to strict standards of maintaining the original architecture and materials:

100,000 square feet of hand crafted granite was utilized; 600 cubic feet of recycled teak wood; Only locally available wood, stone and other materials were used; The quality of the renovation was lauded in Spice Magazine in its article "Mistress of Illusion" as "....the treatment of details and a singular architectural style that blends each structure with its environment."
